Peer to Peer Drive – Peer Registration Coordinator
As Williams’ first ever voter outreach organization, our nonpartisan mission is to coordinate 100% campus voter registration and turnout in the upcoming November elections. You may have seen us tabling in Paresky, using a guided registration website called Turbovote. Turbovote was made specifically for Williams College students to help us register to vote and apply for absentee ballots in minutes.
This fall, we are launching a new initiative to develop a network of peer registration coordinators across campus to help us achieve our goals. By giving you the tools to get your friends registered to vote, we are bringing the power of change to your hands.
To kickstart this campaign, we’re offering a contest: if you sign up to be a peer registration coordinator and simply register those in your housing pod to vote, you will be entered into a raffle to win a $100 gift card to the Spring Street establishment of your choice. Minutes of effort, hours of Blue Mango.
If you’re off-campus or remote this semester, we ask that you sign up with the goal of registering three of your friends.
Sound interesting? Sign up at the link below – we’ll be in touch to get you familiar with Turbovote and ensure that you can register your friends as easily as possible.
If you have any further questions, worries, or comments, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll try our best to help you, or if we can’t, we’ll direct you to someone who can.
